Importers want a number because a number feels like control. A printed turnaround for every sample in Merter is the opposite of control. Ask, in the same message, what the sample will not decide. Bulk price, the smallest cutting and the documents for your import may be discussed alongside it, but they are not the sample. Keep them labelled. A buyer who mixes every commercial question into the fitting will hear a long answer and think the garment itself is the delay. Separate the fit from the freight. Your forwarder owns one. Cotiful owns the clothes.
Look at the rest of the rail and decide the second style, so the sample request can cover the window rather than a single lonely piece. A trouser and a set is a stronger first sample story than either one alone, if both are really for your customer. Look at your current bestseller and photograph it. Cotiful gives better timing, and better clothes, when we can see what the new piece must sit beside. Read what to ask before the first order and send the relevant lines with the sample request so we are not discovering your constraints after the cloth is cut.
Do not fill the gap with a second supplier's promise of a magic speed. Speed without the right garment is how boutiques receive clothes they then hide in the stock room. There are other Turkish exporters, and some of them will be quicker to type a number than to show a waistband. Cotiful will be quicker to tell you the truth about the style you actually want. It is how a season is saved. It is not a refusal to work. It is merchandising.
When the sample is in your hands, judge it the same day you open it, in daylight, and send notes with photos. Approval that waits on your side is part of the real calendar, even though it never appears in a factory slogan.
